Initiation

The WBSE is created in the Initiation state by the Administrator, Leader, the Contracts Manager, Data Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontractor, or the Global User with specific owner access. The Leader, Contracts Manager, or Data Manager can promote the WBSE to the Assign state.

Assign

The WBSE is in work and given to the WBS Manager. The Contracts Manager, Program Controls Specialist, Subcontract Administrator, or the owner of the WBSE can promote to the Active state. The connected sub-WBSEs must be in the Active state before you can promote the WBSE to the Active state.

Active

The WBSE is active and available for use. The Contracts Manager, Product Manager, or the owner of the WBSE can promote the WBSE to the Closed state.

Close

The WBSE is complete and no longer available.
