This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Open a 3D shape representation containing a layout.

Change the Standard, Sheet Style, and Orientation of a Sheet

  1. In the Page Layout dialog box, select JIS from the Standard list.
  2. Select a sheet style.

The sheet style defines the sheet format, size, scale and default orientation.

  3. Optional: Change the default orientation from Landscape to Portrait.
  4. In the Dress-up list, select Drawing Titleblock Sample 1.

The Dress-up list contains the default frame and title block templates.

  5. Under Frame and Title Block, click Create to create the frame and title block.
  6. Optional: If the layout contains several sheets, specify whether the selected options apply to the current sheet or to all the sheets.
  7. Click OK.
    The sheet is modified accordingly.

Update the Standard

Before you begin: The standard file should be modified by the administrator.
Click Update next to the Standard list.
The most recent version of the standard file is embedded in the sheet, thus reflecting the latest changes performed by the administrator.
