Modifying the Dimension Type

You can modify a dimension's type as you create it, which amounts to modifying its attributes.

  1. From the Annotation section of the action bar, click Dimensions .
  2. Select a hole.

    Make sure you do not click in the drawing or on the dimension, as this would validate the creation.

  3. Right-click the dimension and select the required dimension type. For example, Radius Center.

    The diameter dimension is automatically turned into a radius dimension.

  4. Click in the drawing to validate the dimension creation.

    If needed, you can modify the dimension location.
