Opening with Favorite Context

You can open a favorite context from a representation in the Search or Navigation window.

This task shows you how to:

Before you begin: Explore a product containing at least a representation with a favorite context or search for a representation with a favorite context.

Open from Search Window

You can open a favorite context from a representation in the Search window.

  1. Search for a representation.

    Objects matching your search criteria are displayed in the list.

  2. Right-click the desired 3D shape representation and select Open With > Open with Favorite Context.
    The product is opened with the favorite context.

Open from Navigation Window

You can open a favorite context from a representation in the Navigation window.

  1. Explore a product.
  2. Right-click the desired 3D shape representation and select Open With > Open with Favorite Context.
    The product is opened with the favorite context.
