Applying a Filter to a View

You can apply an existing view filter to a view.

Before you begin:
  • Open a 3D shape representation containing a layout.
  • From the View section of the action bar, click Display Backgrounds as Specified for Each View .

Visualization Properties
  1. Select one or several views in the work area, and select Change view filter in the context toolbar.
    The Change View Filter dialog box appears.
  2. Optional: Select a filter and click Edit.
    The Edit Filter dialog box appears. You can change the visual properties of the filter in this dialog box.
  3. In the Change View Filter dialog box, select the chosen filter and click Apply.
    The filter is applied to the selected view(s).
