Hazard Templates

This page lists hazard templates which are basically used to make a collection/grouping of the various pre-identified hazards which can be copied to the product. In this way, common hazard information can be reused.

To access this page:

  1. From the compass, select Social and Collaborative Apps .
  2. Click the role icon DHF based Project Manager.
  3. Click the Project and DHF Management app and then click the Hazard Templates tab.

Columns

Column NameDescription

Name

The name of the hazard template; click to view the navigation pane and properties of the hazard template.
TypeThe object type, which is "Hazard Template."
StateThe lifecycle state of the template.
TitleThe template title.
DescriptionThe description of the hazard template.

Owner

The owner of the template.
OrganizationThe organization for the template.

Views

NameDescription
ActiveLists all templates in the Active state. All users with a Project Administrator/Project User role have read access on Active hazard templates. Other users can gain access via sharing.
Inactive Lists all templates in the Inactive state. All users having the Project Administrator role have read access on Inactive hazard templates. Other users can gain read access via sharing.

Shows templates in all states.

Copy

Creates a copy of the hazard template.Copying a Hazard Template
Delete Deletes one or more selected templates. Only a template in the Inactive state can be deleted. Only the template owner can delete the template.--
Enable Edit Allows you to inline edit a template in the Inactive state. To edit, you must either be the owner or have "All" access on the hazard template via sharing.--
