Level | Identifies the level of information. |
Name | The name of the object. |
Type | The type of object. The root level is Snapshot which can contain child elements such as Product, Hazard, and Requirement. |
State | The lifecycle state of the object. |
Title | The title of the object. |
Identification | Whether the hazard is "Known" or "Foreseeable." |
Condition | Whether the hazard is possible in a "Normal" or "Fault" condition. |
Classification Major | The major classification of the hazard. |
Classification Minor | The minor classification of the hazard. |
Sequence of Events | The sequence of events for hazardous situations. |
Hazardous Situation | Circumstances in which people, property or environment are exposed to hazards. |
Harm | Identifies physical injury or damage to people, damage to property or environment. |
Current Sev | The current severity level. Values are 1 through 5. |
Current Occ | The current occurrence level. Values are 1 through 5. |
Current RPN | The current Risk Priority Number for the hazard. The system calculates the RPN value by multiplying the probability value by the impact value. The probability and impact values can both range from 1 to 5, 1 being the lowest and 5 the highest. Therefore, the RPN can range from 1 (1x1) to 25 (5x5). |
Original Sev | The original severity level. Values are 1 through 5. |
Original Occ | The original occurrence level. Values are 1 through 5. |
Original RPN | The original Risk Priority Number for the hazard. |
Residual Risk Acceptable | Whether the residual risk is acceptable. |
Benefit Exceeds Risk | Whether the benefit exceeds the risk. |
Residual Risk Disclosure | Whether to disclose the residual risk. |
Owner | The owner of the object. |
