This page discusses:

Fields

To access this page, from the bookmark's navigation pane, click Basic Information.

This topic describes:

Field Name Description
Type The type of bookmark.
Title The title of the bookmark.
State The lifecycle state of the bookmark.
Revision The revision of the bookmark.
Description A brief description of the bookmark.
Originator The project member who created the bookmark.
Originated

The date on which the bookmark was created.

Inherit Access A Yes/No indicator for inherited access.

Yes indicates, for a root bookmark, that the bookmark's access list inherits the parent project access list and, for sub-bookmarks, inherit from its parent bookmark access list. Whenever the parent's access list changes, the same change is made to the subbookmark's access list. A subbookmark's access list can be changed directly without affecting the parent's list. For top-level bookmarks, all project members are added to the bookmark's access list and are given Read access.

No indicates that the bookmark/sub-bookmark's access list is not inherited from the parent. Changes to the parent or subbookmark's access list are independent and have no effect on the other bookmark.

Policy The policy that governs the bookmark's lifecycle.
[Attribute Group] An attribute group can be displayed only for a controlled bookmark. This displays only if you use IP Classification and there is an attribute group for the controlled bookmark.
