My Calendar

My Calendar provides a view of assignments (tasks, meetings, route tasks, risks, and issues) that are scheduled for the signed-in user, shown in a timeline by Day, Week, or Month. Tasks that belong to projects in a Hold or Canceled state are not shown.

To access this page, under Collaboration and Approvals, click My Calendar.

To change the views, click the tabs at the top of the page for Day, Week, or Month.

Fields for Day View

The Day view shows all assignments due and meetings scheduled on the selected day in a 24-hour timeline. The default is today's date.

There are two sections in the view: the top section shows the assignments due for the day. The bottom section shows the meetings scheduled for the day within hourly increments.

Below are columns on the page:


Field Name	Description
For Assignments:
#	The number identifying the assignment in the list of assignments due for the day.
[icon]	The icon that identifies a task, gate, milestone, phase, issue, or risk.
Name	The name of the assignment. Clicking the name shows the properties for the assignment. See Task Properties Page.
Type	The type of assignment object. Values can be Task, Gate, Milestone, Phase, Issue, or Risk.
Start Date	The start date for the assignment.
Due Date	The due date for the assignment. This is the day selected for the Day view, usually the current day.
State	The current state of the assignment.
For Meetings:
Each column represents one meeting.	Each meeting entry shows the subject, time, and location. Click a meeting entry to show its properties.

Fields for Week View

The Week view shows all assignments due and meetings scheduled during the selected week. When first loaded, the view shows the current week. 7 days of the week are shown, including holidays, in a 24 hour timeline.

There are two sections in the view: the top section shows the assignments due each day of the week. The bottom section shows the meetings scheduled for each day within hourly increments.


Field Name	Description
[Assignments]	The name of the assignment. Clicking the name shows the properties for the assignment. See Task Properties Page.
[Meetings]	In the lower section, each meeting is shown by hourly increments during the day. Clicking a meeting shows the properties for the meeting.

Fields for Month View

The month view shows the days belonging to the selected month. When first loaded, the view shows the current month. The left pane shows the week numbers in the month and the right pane shows entries for all assignments and meetings. Holidays defined for the host company are shaded in a different color. The current day is shaded in yellow. Days not belonging to a month are shaded in blue.

By default, a cell will show up to four objects and append the message "# More Objects" when more objects exist in the same day.

Clicking the name of an assignment or meeting shows the properties for that object.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

This section describes the actions and commands on the toolbar that are available for all views.


Toolbar Commands	Description
	Used for previous and next navigation on Day, Week, and Month views.
Show	A filter that allows you to display either Due Objects or Active Objects. Due Objects are all objects that are due on that day. Due objects are selected from the "Due Date" attribute set in the My Calendar properties. Active Objects are objects that are active in the time frame selected. Objects falling between the "Start Date" and "Due Date" attributes are Active. Active tasks are shown in gray color. Active objects are only applicable in the Day and Week views.
Date	Click the icon to select a date for a particular Day, Week, or Month display.
Submit	Click Submit to refresh the display after entering a value in Show or Date. Note: Used to refresh the page after you perform an action on an object. The views in My Calendar do not auto-refresh.
