In the Exceptions table, click the name of the
exception you want to edit.
Note:
You can add up to 4 recesses. The minimum duration between two recesses is
30 minutes.

Change the Name of the exception.
- For an exception during normal working times, click Working as the Exception Type and create the exception:
- Use the slider to select the range for Working Hours.

Use the slider to select the range for Recess
Time(s).
- To add a recess time. click . Use the new slider to select the range of working
hours.
- To delete a recess time. click next to the recess time.
- Choose the Effective From and Effective To dates for the exception.
- Choose the Frequency of the exception.

For a Frequency of
Weekly, Monthly, or
Yearly, choose the pattern for the exception.
- For an exception to times when work is not expected, click Non Working as the Exception Type and create the exception:
- Choose the Effective From and Effective To dates for the exception.
- Choose the Frequency of the exception.

For a Frequency of
Weekly, Monthly, or
Yearly, choose the pattern for the exception.

Click OK.
