Editing a Checklist Item

A project lead or checklist owner can modify the information of a checklist item.


Before you begin: The checklist item must already exist.
  1. On the Checklist page, click Enable Edit .
  2. Change any of the following fields:

    Name. The name of the checklist item.

    Description. The description of the checklist item.

    Response. Text for the response. This is entered when the checklist is in the Complete state.

    Response Type. Used to define the response for this item. Values are set in the properties file.

    Comments. Any comments about the checklist item.

    You can use the Mass Update field to populate the same field for all checklists.

  3. Click Save.
