Confidential Correspondence Lifecycle

Correspondence records list communications of any type between your company and other involved parties. Correspondence records can be used with items such as submissions or complaints, or can be independent of any specific item. Confidential correspondence can only be viewed by the owner and users with Regulatory Administrator and Regulatory Lead roles.

The Confidential Correspondence lifecycle includes only the Exists state.

Any Regulatory User can create a confidential correspondence record. It is created in the Exists state. The Regulatory User cannot promote or demote the confidential correspondence record to any other states and cannot inactivate or activate it. The Regulatory User who created the confidential correspondence record or the current owner, if different, can modify and delete it. Regulatory Administrators and Regulatory Leads can view confidential correspondence records. Other than the Regulatory Administrators and Regulatory Leads and the current owner, no other users can view a confidential correspondence record.
