Correspondence Lifecycle

Correspondence records list communications of any type between your company and other involved parties. Correspondence records can be used with items such as submissions or complaints, or can be independent of any specific item.

The Correspondence lifecycle includes only the Exists state.

Any Regulatory User can create a correspondence record. It is created in the Exists state. The Regulatory User cannot promote or demote the correspondence record to any other states and cannot inactivate or activate it. Regulatory Administrators can modify correspondence records. Regulatory Users, Complaint Investigators, and Quality Managers can view correspondence records. The owner can delete a correspondence record.
