Each thumbnail in the Complaints widget represents a complaint for which you are the owner. Click the thumbnail to view the Complaint Power View page for that complaint. Click to sort the list by Name, Customer Severity, Status, Investigation Required, Reportable Status, and Owner in either ascending or descending order.

Investigation Required | Yes: investigation is required for the complaint No: investigation is not required for the complaint |
Reportable Status | Reportable status of the event. Possible values are Not Reportable, Reportable, Other, and Unknown. |

Owner | Name of the complaint owner |
Products | Names of products associated with the complaint. Click to view their details. |
