If you set your home page to the channel home page, that page displays the Complaints widget.

Each thumbnail in the Complaints widget represents a complaint for which you are the owner. Click the thumbnail to view the Complaint Power View page for that complaint. Click to sort the list by Name, Customer Severity, Status, Investigation Required, Reportable Status, and Owner in either ascending or descending order.

Customer SeveritySeverity of the complaint
StatusState of the complaint
Investigation Required

Yes: investigation is required for the complaint

No: investigation is not required for the complaint

Reportable StatusReportable status of the event. Possible values are Not Reportable, Reportable, Other, and Unknown.
Event DetailInformation about the event
OwnerName of the complaint owner
ProductsNames of products associated with the complaint. Click to view their details.
Product LineName of the product line
Business UnitName of the business unit
