The menus and menu commands specific to Complaints and Nonconformance are described below. You can only see the menu items supported by your role.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To load the app menu, from the Compass, click Social and Collaborative Apps and select My Social And Collaborative AppsComplaints and Nonconformance. The app loads the Complaints and Nonconformance menus and home page (see Complaints and Nonconformance Home Page).
