Configuring Regulatory Request Queue Dates

You can configure the number of days that regulatory requests can remain in the queue before being escalated because they have not been accepted or rejected.

  1. Create or open the text file for customized properties. For more information, see Editing Properties Using MQL.
  2. To configure the number of days that a regulatory request should remain in the queue before being escalated, follow these steps:
    1. Add or edit this line in the file used to import properties into a page object:

      RegulatoryRequests.ReplyByDateOffset=10

      The specified number of days gets added to regulatory request's creation date to determine the Reply by Date, which is the date by which the regulatory request should be accepted or rejected in the regulatory request queue.

    2. Set the value for this property depending on your business requirements.
  3. When finished updating the text file with all properties you want to modify, including the ones shown here, use the text file to modify the Regulatory.properties page object. For more information, see Editing Properties Using MQL.
