Regulatory Request Type Lifecycle

The regulatory request type defines a set of actions items required when submitting a specific type of regulatory request.

Inactive

A Regulatory Request Administrator creates the regulatory request type in the Inactive state. After defining the Action Item templates, the Regulatory Request Administrator promotes the regulatory request type to the Active state.

Active

In the Active state, the regulatory request type can be used as the basis for submitting regulatory requests. The Regulatory Request Administrator can demote it to the Inactive state if necessary.
