Members in a Regulatory Request Queue

The Members page lists people who have the Regulatory Request Responder role and can respond to requests in the request queue.

Required access role: Regulatory Request Administrator

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

To access this page:

  1. Open the required request queue.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Members.

Columns

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the member.
Full NameThe first and last name of the member.
EmailThe person's email address.
StateThe lifecycle state of the person: Active or Inactive.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Required access role: Regulatory Request Administrator

ActionDescription
AddAdds the selected person as a member of the request queue.

You can only add people who have the Regulatory Request Responder role as members of the request queue.

Remove Removes the selected person as a member of the request queue.
