Regulatory Request Queues

You can manage regulatory request queues to define the rules for that queue and the people who are involved.

Required access role: Regulatory Request Administrator

Regulatory Leads submit regulatory requests (tasks for generating documents for the submission dossier) to request queues. Based on the rules, such as request types, companies, and countries, Market Registration adds regulatory requests to the Regulatory Requests page where regulatory responders can see the requests, and accept, reject, or complete the requests.

To access the list of all regulatory request queues:

  1. Click Home .
  2. In the navigation pane, click Regulatory Request Configuration.
  3. View the Regulatory Request Queues page tab.

To access this list from the home page:

  1. View the Market Registration home page.
  2. Click the Regulatory Requests tab.
  3. View the Regulatory Request Queues page tab.

Column NameDescription
NameThe name of the request queue.
TypeThe item type: Regulatory Request Queue.
DescriptionDetails about the request queue.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the queue: Active or Inactive.
