Regulatory Request Queue Rules

You can define regulatory request queue rules so that Market Registration can send regulatory requests to the correct regulatory request responder's queue.

When a Regulatory Lead or other user creates a regulatory request, Market Registration uses the rules to determine which responder's queue it should add the request to. When Market Registration identifies a queue based on the best matching criteria, it assigns the request to that queue. If multiple queues match the criteria, the first queue that Market Registration identifies is assigned to the request. After a regulatory request is assigned to a queue, all of the people listed on the regulatory request queue Members page will see that request on their Regulatory Requests page.

Regulatory Request Responder Queue Selection Rules

When a regulatory request is created, Market Registration selects the appropriate request responder queue by comparing criteria until it finds matching information, in the following order:

  1. Country, Request Type, and Responding Company all match
  2. Country and Request Type match
  3. Country and Responding Company match
  4. Request Type and Responding Company match
  5. Country matches
  6. Request Type matches
  7. Responding Company matches

If none of these match, the regulatory request is assigned to the default regulatory request responder queue.
