Closing Market Authorization Changes

Regulatory Leads can close market authorization changes.

Required access role: Regulatory User

Before you begin: View the list of market authorization changes for a submission project.

Rules for Closing a Market Authorization
  1. Select the required market authorization change.
  2. From the page toolbar or Actions menu, click Close.
  3. Enter these details:

    Field NameDescription
    DateClick to select the closure effective date.
    StatusSelect the status:
    • Withdrawing
    • Cancelling
    • Rejecting
    Reason for ChangeEnter an explanation of why the market authorization is being closed.

  4. Click Done.

The related market authorization is promoted to Obsolete.
