Making Market Authorizations Obsolete

You can make a market authorization change obsolete.

Required access role: Regulatory User

Before you begin: View the list of market authorization changes for a submission.

  1. Select the required market authorization change.
  2. From the page toolbar or Actions menu, click Approve for Obsolescence.
  3. Enter these details:

    Field NameDescription
    DateClick to set the date when the market authorization change becomes obsolete.
    StatusSelect the status (reason why the market authorization is obsolete):

    • Expired
    • Repeal
    • Sunset Clause

    Reason For ChangeEnter an explanation.

  4. Click Done.

Both the market authorization change and its related market authorization are promoted to Obsolete.
