Correspondence Properties

The Properties page for correspondence lists its details.

Important: This app stores personal data in some settings. To follow good personal data management practices, Business Administrators might need to edit these settings to remove personal data, such as names, email addresses, and phone numbers.

Field NameDescription
NameThe automatically-generated name of the correspondence.
Correspondence ModeThe correspondence mode: Public or Confidential
TitleThe brief title of the correspondence.
DescriptionThe detailed description of the correspondence.
Correspondence TypeThe type of correspondence:
  • Acknowledgment Follow Up
  • Closure
  • Other
  • Product Return Request
  • Reply to Requestor
  • Territory Manager Letter
  • Warranty Expiration Notice
Source The person, entity, or cause that originates the correspondence.
MethodHow the correspondence occurred:

  • Email
  • Fax
  • Letter
  • Meeting

ContactThe person who your company communicated with.
CommunicatorThe person in your company who communicated with the contact.
DateThe date the correspondence occurred.
TimeThe time the correspondence occurred.
CommentsDetails about the correspondence.
ContextThe regulatory context of the correspondence.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action NameDescription
Edit Edits the correspondence properties. You can edit any correspondence properties except Name. Click Done when finished. To edit correspondence, you must be a Project Member, the Submission owner, or have the Regulatory Administrator role.
