Editing Properties for an Impact Questionnaire Template

Change Administrators, Document Center Administrators, Regulatory Request Administrators, and Regulatory Administrators can edit the properties and extended attribute values for an impact questionnaire template.

Before you begin: Log in to the app with the Change Administrator, Document Center Administrator, Regulatory Request Administrator, or Regulatory Administrator role. View the Properties page for the impact questionnaire template. See Impact Questionnaire Template Properties.
  1. From the page toolbar, click Edit .
  2. Edit these details as needed:

    Field NameDescription
    NameType the name of the impact questionnaire template.
    DescriptionType the description of the impact questionnaire template.
    Responsible OrganizationType or search for the name of the organization responsible the impact questionnaire template.
    Responsible RoleType or search for the name of the role responsible for the impact questionnaire template.
    RequirementSelect whether the impact questionnaire must be completed:
    • Mandatory
    • Optional
    Due DateSelect the date by which the impact questionnaire should be completed.
    Extended attributesProvide or edit the values of the extended attributes.

  3. Click Done.
