Importing Questions Into a Questionnaire

Change Administrators, Regulatory Request Administrators, and Regulatory Administrators can import questions into a change questionnaire or impact questionnaire from a .csv file that contains columns and row values for the question text and attributes.

Before you begin: You must save the questions in a .csv file in the proper column and row value format. For more information, see Import/Export Question Formats.
  1. View the Questionnaire page for the template.
  2. From the page toolbar, select Actions > Import .
  3. Click Choose File then navigate to the .csv file that contains the questions that you want to import into the questionnaire.
  4. Click Done.

The questions are added to the change questionnaire in the specified sequence.
