Creating a Picture Marker Using an Image from the Clipboard

Do any of the following:
- From the action bar, click Paste from Clipboard .
- Right-click the active markup and select Paste from Clipboard .
Specify the marker position using any of the following methods:
- For 3D marker:
  - Select an object. The marker is linked to the object.
  - Click in the 3D area.
  - Click and drag to specify the leader start point and the marker's upper-left corner.
- For 2D marker, press Shift and:
  - Click in the 3D area or on the drawing.
  - Click and drag to specify the leader start point and the marker's upper-left corner.
