Reordering Markup Entities

Reordering entities in a slide enables you to redefine the entities that will be retained when the slide is activated.

Before you begin: Open an existing review.

  1. From the Review section of the action bar, click Markup Reordering .
  2. In the Review Reordering dialog box, select an entity and click Move Up .
    The entity is moved up in the list.
  3. Select an entity and click Move Down .
    The entity is moved down in the list.
  4. Select an entity, click Change position , and select another entity.
    The first entity moves below the second entity.
  5. Click OK.
    The entity order is applied and the modifications are saved.
