Creating a Fully Overloaded Slide

You can create a fully overloaded slide which enables you to store all of a product's attributes (for example, position, graphic properties, hide/show status) including those which are not modified. This capability insures slide's independence from modifications made to the assembly.

Before you begin: Add the Overloaded Slide command in any of the sections of the action bar.

For more information, see Customizing Sections in the Action Bar.

Click Overloaded Slide .
A new slide is created that captures the current content of the following:
  • Overloaded product structure attributes
  • Overloaded session settings attributes
  • Values of all visible review data
  • All other attributes are also considered to be overloaded, even if their values have not been modified.
Note: When an overloaded slide is updated, it acquires the overload properties (attributes) of the review in-work context.

The slide appears in the tree under the Slides node of the active Review.
