Specifying Temperature Dependence for Material Parameters in a Material Calibration

You can specify temperature-dependent material values for elasticity, rate dependence, and combined exponential plasticity.

  1. From the Calibration Tools section of the action bar, click Calibration Setup .
    The Calibration Setup dialog box opens with the material options specified in the Material model section.
  2. In the Elasticity, Plasticity, or Rate Dependent options, select Temperature dependent.

    The app expands the table to include two groupings of material parameters with a Temperature row above each one.

  3. In the Number of temperature values field, specify the number of temperature-dependent material values you want to specify.
  4. Edit the temperature values and the material values specified for each temperature.
