Adding Material Domains

You can add material domains to existing materials.

  1. To add a domain to a material, do one of the following:
    • In the Material Definition app, do one of the following:
      • In the tree, right-click the material and then select Add Domain.
      • In the tree, select the material and then, from the Material Tools section of the action bar, click Add Domain .
    • In other apps, right-click the material in the tree and then select Add Domain.
  2. In the Add Domain dialog box, select a domain and then click OK.
  3. Optional: In the Title box of the Domain dialog box, modify the domain name.
  4. In the Description box, enter a description.
  5. Click OK.
