Create Materials as New Content

You can use the New Content dialog box to create materials.

Under the Materials category of the New Content dialog box, select a material type.

Create Materials Using the Create Material Command

In the Core Materials and Covering Materials areas:
  1. In the Title box of the Create Material dialog box, enter a name.

    If you do not enter a name, a default name is given to the material.

  2. Enter the number of materials to create.
  3. In the Add domains list, select one or more domains.
