Configuring Private Data

You can configure Materials Compliance Management to suppress private data in pages, reports, exports, and logs. By default, private data is not suppressed. Private data is any data associated with a Contact except the user ID, including address, phone, email, and so on.

This property affects private data listed in these locations:

  • Supplier Contact table on the Material Declarations Properties page
  • Supplier Contact details on the External Material Properties page
  • All pre-populate options for Supplier Reports
  • All export reports (except IMDS that only exports contacts using the IMDS ID)
  • Supplier Contact Information on Conflict Mineral Declaration and Material Declaration import logs

Materials Compliance Management does not display contact information in log files.
