Material Revisions

The Revisions page for an internal material lists the current and all prior revisions of that internal material.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Compliance Engineer, Senior Compliance Engineer

To access this page:

  1. Open the required internal material.
  2. In the navigation pane, click Revisions.

Columns

Column NameDescription
TitleThe title of the internal material. Click to open that object.
RevisionThe revision level of the internal material.
DescriptionThe description of the internal material.
StateThe current lifecycle state of the internal material.
Trade NameThe trade name defined for the internal material.
Internal Material NumberThe Internal Material Number assigned to the internal material.
ManufacturerThe manufacturer of the internal material.

Actions/Toolbar Commands

Action NameDescription
Create RevisionCreates a new revision for the internal material; click OK to confirm. Only shows for the highest revision of an internal material, and the material must be in the released state.

The new revision is created in the In Work state.
