Import Log

You can view the log file for an import job log to determine whether the import was successful. You do not have to wait for the import job to complete to view the log. You can monitor the progress of an import job by viewing the log while the import job is running.

Start an import job. For more information, see Importing a File.
Click to download the log to your system or click to open the log in a separate window.


Column Name	Description
Type	Indicates the type of object for which the log entry applies.
Name	The name of the object for which the log entry applies.
Action	The action performed on the object, such as IMPORT, UPDATE, or NORMALIZE.
Status	The status of the log entry. Possible values are info, WARNING, or ERROR.
Description	Additional information regarding the log entry. For warnings and errors, provides the details of the warning/error.
