Conflict Mineral Reporting Status Report

The conflict mineral status report is a pie chart showing the distribution of the chosen MEPs (Manufacturer Equivalent Parts) per their CMD (Conflict Mineral Declaration) status.

Report Generation

To generate the report:

  1. Access one of these pages:
    • Compliance Properties page for a part
    • Compliance Portfolio page

    You can also click the app category Conflict Mineral Reporting Status to generate the report for all parts.

  2. For the Compoliance Portfolio, select the parts to include in the report.
  3. Select Compliance > > Reports > Conflict Mineral Reporting Status. You can also generate the report from the app categories (in the navigation pane or from the menu.

    The Report Input section lists MEPs to include in the roll up report. A scope of "All" indicates that the report is run against all MEPs.

  4. In the Report Input section, click Submit. A background processing menu displays until the report is complete.
  5. In the Report Output section, click Conflict Mineral Reporting Status.

Status

The Status section shows a pie chart of the distribution of the chosen MEPs per their conflict mineral declaration status. Each chosen MEP has a CMD status which is reflected in the pie chart:

  • Complete
  • Incomplete
  • Invalid
  • Unreported
  • No CMD

The number and percentage of MEPs appear next to each CMD status slice of the pie. A scope of "All" (shown at the top) indicates that all MEPs in the database are being reported against; otherwise, the scope will list the names of the chosen MEPs.

Suppliers

The Suppliers section shows the details of a selected section of the pie chart. Click a section of the pie chart to load the supplier details. The table includes these columns:

Supplier / CMDSupplier name. When expanded, shows the conflict mineral declarations (CMD) for that supplier.
Date ReceivedThe date the CMD was received (imported into Materials Compliance Management) for this supplier.

Does not show for the Unreported and No CMD statuses.

Number of MEPsThe number of MEPs for that supplier or CMD
MEPsComma-separated list of the MEPs for that supplier of CMD.
including the list of MEP names, for all MEPs with that CMD status.

Status Tab Actions

The items in the menu let you print or save the report. You can print the pie chart, or download the chart as a PNG, JPG, PDF, or SVG vector image.

Suppliers Tab Actions

You see the Create Conflict Mineral Declarations action unless the selected status is Unreported.
