Threshold Type

Used in part level threshold tests to
determine whether substance or substance classification
amounts exceed a threshold: If the threshold type is
Minimum Rejected, then the
threshold is exceeded if the amount of the
substance/substance classification is greater than or
equal to the threshold.
If the threshold type is Maximum
Allowed, then the threshold is exceeded
if the amount of the substance/substance classification
is greater than the threshold.
