Creating Compliance Processes

You can create compliance processes.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline:Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Compliance Engineer, Senior Compliance Engineer

  1. From the top bar, click > Materials Compliance > Create Compliance Process.
  2. Enter values for the following fields:
    Field Name Description
    Title A descriptive title for the compliance process.
    Type You do not need to select a type. If your company defined subtypes, click to select a subtype.
    Revision Enter a revision level for the compliance process.
    Process Classification
    Process Stage From the list, select the manufacturing stage in which this process is used:
    • Production
    • Production Operation
    • Maintenance
    • Repair
    • Overhaul/Refurbishment
    Description Enter a detailed description of the process.
    Owner Choose the person who will be responsible for the compliance process.
    Company Choose the company that will own the compliance process. You can only select your own company (the host) or a suppliers company.
    Policy You do not need to select a policy. If your company defined additional policies for compliance processes, click to select a policy.
  3. Click OK.
