Compliance Scorecard Report

The Compliance Scorecard Report indicates which parts are compliant and which are not compliant for the selected compliance definitions. For non-compliant part you can select hyperlinks to investigate the details of why a part is not compliant for a particular compliance definition.

Required access roles:

  • Baseline: Reader, Author, Leader
  • App-specific: Compliance Reviewer, Compliance Engineer, Senior Compliance Engineer

Field NameDescription
Name Name of the part.
RevisionRevision of the part.
PlantThe plant name (for plant specific parts).
DescriptionDescription of the part.
Customer Part Number The customer part number associated with part for the selected customer program.
Manufacturer Part Name, Manufacturer, Organization ID, Location If the part has a selected equivalent MEP these columns show the MEP Name, the Name, Organization ID, and Location of the Manufacturer of the MEP.
LevelThe level the part in the BOM (level 1 being the top level part selected for this report). Note: if descendants are not included only the top level selected parts are shown in this report.
WeightThe calculated weight of the part.
Unit of Measure The base unit of measure of the part such as each or feet.
Modified The date the part was last modified.
Compliance Definition Columns A column is displayed for each compliance definition selected for this report. The value displayed for this column is "Unreported" (if the part is unreported), "OK" (if the part is compliant to the compliance definition), or "Investigate" (if the part is not compliant to the compliance definition). The value of "Investigate" is shown as a hyperlink. When this hyperlink is selected, a substance threshold report (with descendants) is automatically generated for this compliance definition so that you can see which material(s) cause the part to not be compliant.
