Reordering the Tree with Drag-and-Drop

Tree Reordering by Drag and Drop helps reorganize the order of instances in the tree.

Tip: To reorder the tree, open Me > Preferences > App Preferences > 3D Modeling , and then clear the Display the tree alphabetically option inSystems Architecture > General. For more information, see General.

  1. From the section of the action bar, click Tree Reordering by Drag and Drop .
  2. Drag a child product.
    The pointer appearance changes to indicate its position:
    • : above all nodes
    • : below all nodes
    • : between two nodes
  3. Drop the product.
