During each design cycle of a shape optimization study, the app adjusts the nodes on the surfaces of the design space to reshape those surfaces to best meet your objectives. Once the study has converged on a solution or the maximum number of cycles has been reached, you can view the results as a contour plot. The plot shows how surfaces within the design space were changed. You can generate a 3D shape from the finite element model. Once you have generated the new shape it can be used like any other 3D shape created by a model app. | |||||||||
