Print Attribute

Syntax

This command lets you view all information used to define the attribute. The system attempts to produce output for each Select clause input, even if the attribute does not have a value for it. If this is the case, an empty field is output.

print attribute NAME [SELECT] [DUMP] [tcl] [output FILENAME];

The Print Attribute command uses four optional Print command clauses:

• Select Clause
• Dump Clause
• Tcl Clause
• Output Clause

These forms of the Print Attribute command let you specify the information you want to retrieve from an attribute.
