The Materials Compliance Supplier Portal analyzes the XML file to ensure that all required fields and sections have been completed. The analysis finds these common mistakes:
- A changed Declaration Class or Form Type. If found, an error message will be displayed.
- A missing Weight in the Supplier Information section. The Materials Compliance Supplier Portal requires the weight, but the IPC 1752 form (version 1.02) does not require it.
- Missing values for these fields on page 2 of the form:
- Declaration Type
- RoHS Declaration
- Supplier Acceptance
- Supplier Digital Signature
The IPC 1752 form must be digitally signed and the Supplier must have accepted legal responsibility.
The app adds the file to the Existing Uploads list including the upload status.
