Creating a Sample Mold Base from Suppliers Components

Sample Supplier Mold Base creates a sample Mold Base from an empty Mold Base product or a Project Unit using available components of Mold Bases from various suppliers.

The generated Mold Base and its associated components may not be up-to-date with the supplier definition. It is a sample data, to use for training or to initiate a customer specific template.

Before you begin: Supplier Components must first be imported in 3DEXPERIENCE.

From the Mold Base Supplier tree, expand a supplier directory.
Select a Mold Base Type.
Click Mold Reference and select a reference in the table.
Select a Plate in the 3D area and:
- Select another reference in the table.
- Dimension it with the rulers.
- Use the context toolbar.
Select Double Ejection System to add one.
Under select the required options to create a Mold Base with components or impacts.
