Trace Mode Controls for the HTC© Vive™ Controllers

This topic gives information about the controls that are integrated to the controllers of the HTC© Vive™ HMD for the Trace mode. You can modify, trace and delete curves using this mode.

Controls for Controller in the Non-Dominant Hand


Number	Action
	Press to trace the curve.
	Press to modify the curve. You can switch between direct modification and control points and change the precision of the curve.
	Press to undo the action.
	Press to delete the curve. Use the primary controller to select the curves.

Controls for Controller in the Dominant Hand


Number	Action
	Change the thickness and the opacity of curves. See Thickness and Opacity for the HTC© Vive™ Controllers.
	Trigger the current tool: Hold the trigger when tracing. To delete a curve, aim at the curve and hold the trigger. You can also hold the trigger and select one or more curves by stroke.
