Creating a Support Archive

You can create a support archive that contains all the required log files for the support team to resolve issues arising from the connector.

  1. From the System Tray > Help > Support Archive, select the Support Archive context menu.
    A folder chooser dialog box opens to Save the archive.
  2. Click Save.

    Note: In case of issues with the connector flow, include the support archive file along with the issue.

The app creates the archive under the chosen folder location, and a dialog box opens with the link to the folder for direct access.
