Revision
|
Specify a revision level to limit the
found objects to those that have that specific revision level.

Latest Revision
|
Select the check box if you want to limit the results to the latest
revision of an item. Select this box to disable
Revision text. |
Policy
|
Click
and select the policy that governs the object you
want to find.
|
State
|
Click
to select the current state for objects. You can
only choose states included in the selected policy, and you can choose more
than one state.

Vault
|
Click
to select the vault used to store the required
objects.

Description
|
If you know all or part of the object's description, enter that text.
You can use the (*) wildcard. |
Search Limit
|
Enter an integer to define the maximum
number of objects to find and show in the results list.
|
Additional Fields
|
The search criteria could include
additional fields that allow you to select an operator and range values. To
enter operator-based criteria:
- From the list, select an operator. For text attributes, you can choose one of these
operators:

- Enter a value in the box. If you chose Is Between, enter a
