Creating Symmetries

Symmetry lets you transform geometry with a symmetry operation. The Symmetry command applies to current bodies.

Before you begin: To perform this task, create a pad.
  1. Click Yes.
    The Symmetry.x dialog box opens.

  2. Select a point, line or plane as the reference element.
  3. Click OK to create the symmetrical element.
    The original element is no longer visible but remains in the tree. A Symmetry.xxx feature is added to the tree.
