Working With Quality Management

This section shows how to define customer success factors for a project. These customer quality factors are called Critical to Quality (CTQ) and are managed through the Quality category on the project navigation pane. CTQs are available for actual projects only, not for project concepts or templates.

If you use Project Management as part of Market Registration, quality management is not available.
