About Risks

A risk identifies a potential problem that may prevent the completion of a task or project. You can capture risk details and track the mitigation process.

You create risks for projects and project concepts and tasks within them. You cannot create risks for project templates.

The risk owner and assignees, project owner, and project leads can attach documents and project content to a risk. The steps for working with risk attachments are the same as the steps for attachments to any item.
