Projects Page

You can list the projects and project concepts you are a member of. This list lets you drill down through the projects and get more information about them and also change information. The list of projects only includes projects assigned to you as an individual. Projects that you have access to because you belong to an assigned group or role are not listed, but you can access them using Project search.

There are several other ways to list projects within the app:

  • To see projects for a program, use the Projects category for the program.
  • To list projects based on state, business unit, and other criteria, use the toolbar search: click Program > Projects and then specify search criteria.

To access this page:

From the Compass, click Project Management. On the left side, click Projects.

Action Description For More Information

Export

Exports project information for the selected project. You define the file format in Preferences > Export Data Format.
Note: Project export is supported only for .csv and .txt formats.
--
Delete Deletes a selected project; click OK to confirm.

When you delete a project, the connected Assessment, Opportunity, Financial Items, Tasks, Baselines, and other objects are deleted. A connected Risk gets disconnected if it has other affected Items with it; otherwise, it is deleted. If a Risk has a resolver project with it, deletion of the resolver project does not delete the resolving risk.
